LDD’s package included complete strip out of 12 floors over a phased program within a live, occupied building. The strip out included all partitions, glass panels, SER Rooms, RAF and partial services.

All Passive Fire Protection – both temporary and permanent – was FIRAS & IFC certificated and included Green sustainability procurement. Diamond Drilling for the new main buss bar works through the risers and plantrooms followed strict RAMS and permit procedures with additional control measures put in place for working in dust and vibration sensitive, live environments.

Programme, logistic and handover procedures were strictly observed in order to hit critical dates for hand over to following trades. To ensure complete business continuity and meet the key programme dates, we had two teams working day and night shifts completing strip out, noisy works and waste away.
