Blockwork/Brickwork
We employ a range of established techniques to form walls and plinths across our jobs. Examples of blockwork we have formed are lift shafts, block and beam floors and plant room walls.
Screeding
When it comes to screeding no job is too big. LDD can create flooring using traditional screening methods as well as using the latest materials and techniques.
Form Work & Holorib
A large part of our Builderswork packages are reinstating concrete slabs. This could be traditional formwork or holorib, rebar design and installation.
Concreting Works
Concrete can withstand water and high temperatures without serious deterioration. Concrete structures do not require coating or painting for regular applications to protect weathering. The amount of energy required for the production of concrete is low.
Structural Steelwork
Having high strength, stiffness, toughness, and ductile properties, structural steel is one of the most commonly used materials in commercial and industrial building construction. Structural steel can be erected as soon as the materials are delivered on site, making steel a schedule-friendly construction material. Steel is also an inherently a non-combustible material.
Drainage
As part of our overall building package, LDD install below-ground drainage, sump pump and manholes.
