IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANY OF THE SERVICES IN YOUR AREA OF WORKS, YOU MUST:

• Stop works immediately
• Inform your Manager / Supervisor
• Isolate the immediate area
• Do not recommence any strip-out in the immediate vicinity until you have consulted with your Manager / Supervisor and the control measures have been revised and how to continue is re-briefed to all personnel involved in the work operation.
• Only once verbal authorisation to re-commence works has been given by the Manager / supervisor can works continue.
