Anything that has not been instructed to be removed
Procedure system when ‘SAFE’ to remove services:
Isolations confirmed and checked by LDD’s TSM (Total Safety Management)
Instructed from the supervisor to be removed
Working away from cut ends or items with green spray paint only
Cables to be cut in manageable lengths
