- Ensure all known services are to clearly marked onsite and maintained throughout the duration of the works
- Ensure Method Statement and Risk Assessments, and Permits are in place and are understood.
- Ensure Daily Task Briefings are carried out from your Manager/ Supervisor, so you fully understand the task you’re are about to carry out
- Read, understand and the sign the Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS)
- Works to be undertaken in strict accordance with RAMS and Permit Procedure
- Ensure you have the correct equipment and PPE/RPE you before you carry out the task
- HOLD POINT: STOP WORKS – Notify the Manager/Supervisor immediately on discovery of damaged or uncharted service
- NOTE:Â Anyone found to be in breach of the Permit Procedure will be subject to a disciplinary
